#1- Here is the sad news part. On August 22 we lost our beloved canine companion Nebby. It is hard to look at our little nest picture while still grieving. As a result we will be redesigning our blog very soon. Below are some tribute pictures of her. We were fortunate to have gotten a number of them with Deacon included.
#2- Our fast internet has been down for several weeks and we have been relying on dial-up through Geneva. As a result, we haven't been able to redo the blog. Our problem is now fixed and a new updated blog will be up soon (thanks for your concern Jeremy!).
#3- We went on vacation! We spent a week in one of our favorite places, with some of our favorite people. Black Mountain, NC (near Asheville, NC) with the fabulous Oxenreider family and dear friend Kim Giernacky. Let's just say that we did not want to come home.
